Scan the QR code available on the Farm Fresh Classic Eggs pack/campaign communication.
Open the registration form and fill in the required information.
Upload a clear picture of your original store purchase bill/receipt showing the purchase of Farm Fresh Classic Eggs.
Submit the form to enter the Scan & Win Lucky Draw.
Winners will be selected through lucky draws and announced by Farm Fresh Eggs.
Selected winners will receive OPTP vouchers.

Campaign is valid from 8th September 2026 – 10th October 2026.
Purchase of any Farm Fresh Classic Eggs pack during the campaign period is required to participate.
Participants must complete the QR registration form with correct and complete information.
A valid store bill/receipt is mandatory as proof of purchase.
The bill must clearly relate to the purchase made during the campaign period.
Participants should retain the original store bill until the winners have been verified and vouchers distributed.
Winners will be selected through a lucky draw from eligible and successfully verified entries.
Submission of the form does not guarantee a voucher.
Entries with incomplete, incorrect, duplicate, altered or unverifiable information/bills may be disqualified.
Winners may be contacted through the mobile number/contact information provided in the registration form.
A selected winner who is unable to provide valid proof of purchase may be disqualified and another winner may be selected.
OPTP vouchers will be subject to the validity, redemption rules and participating outlet conditions mentioned on the voucher.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Farm Fresh Eggs reserves the right to verify entries and make the final decision regarding participant eligibility and winner selection.
Farm Fresh Eggs reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the campaign if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
